Getting Started as an Administrator

Administrators manage user access and supervision relationships within Oasis. From your dashboard, you can add new users, assign supervision relationships, control access to curriculum modules, and maintain account security.

Once logged in, you’ll primarily work within the Students and Supervisors sections of the platform. These areas allow you to create, update, and manage accounts as your supervision program grows or changes.

Enrolling a Supervisee

When a new supervisee joins your program, you’ll need to create their Oasis account before they can begin using the platform.

To enroll a supervisee, navigate to the Students section and select New. You’ll be prompted to create login credentials and enter basic contact information. We recommend using the first part of the supervisee’s email address as their username to keep accounts easy to identify.

Passwords must meet security requirements before the account can be saved. Once the account is created, the supervisee can log in immediately and access any modules you assign.

Editing or Removing a Supervisee

Supervisee account details can be updated at any time.

To make changes, open the Students section and select the supervisee’s name. From there, you can edit their contact information, reset their password, or adjust which curriculum modules they can access.

If a supervisee no longer needs access to Oasis, you can delete their account. Deleting an account permanently removes access and should only be done when supervision has ended.

Managing Module Access

Administrators control which curriculum modules are available to each supervisee.

From the supervisee’s profile, select Manage Module Access. Choose the modules you want to make available and save your changes. Module access updates take effect immediately and help ensure supervisees complete the appropriate learning sequence.

Enrolling a Supervisor

Supervisors must have an account before they can review materials, approve hours, or provide feedback.

To add a supervisor, navigate to the Supervisors section and select New. Enter their login credentials and contact information, then assign the supervisees they will oversee. Once saved, the supervisor will have immediate access to their assigned supervisees and related supervision tools.

Managing Supervisors

Supervisor accounts can be updated as roles or responsibilities change.

From the Supervisors section, select the supervisor’s name to edit account details, reassign supervisees, or reset passwords. If a supervisor is no longer active in your program, you may delete their account to remove access.
